Holiday Fun Near Miracle Mile
Despite the last few holiday seasons being less-than cheerful for a lot of us, this year is full of festivities. After being away from our friends and families for so long, we’ve remembered the value of spending time with them during the holidays. Besides this, we’ve also rekindled our love for holiday activities outside of our homes. We can have plenty of holiday fun near Miracle Mile and around Los Angeles.
Although our luxury apartment homes at One Museum Square make us want to stay forever, there’s a lot happening just outside our doorstep. There are a number of holiday events in Los Angeles, from holiday parades to ice skating nights.
Aside from these holiday events, there are also plenty of ways to have some holiday fun near Miracle Mile all on your own with the help of a few friends and holiday cheer. We’ll inspire you with a few of the best ways to spend the holidays at One Museum Square luxury apartments.
Ice Skating with the LA Kings

Skate your way into some holiday fun near Miracle Mile with the first activity on our list. LA Kings Holiday Ice is put on every year at L.A. LIVE’s Xbox Plaza, right across from the Staples Center and a short drive from One Museum Square. Tickets sell for $20-25 on-site only, so be sure to beat the crowds there. They are open daily from 5 pm-midnight the majority of the holiday season, offering four skate sessions per day.
After skating with friends and family for a while, you’ll surely work up an appetite. Hold on to your ticket stub and head to one of the participating L. A. LIVE restaurants to get a discount on a delicious meal at Flemmings, Katusya, and more.
Dodger’s Holiday Festival

What says L. A. and Christmas better than heading to a winter wonderland at the Dodger’s Stadium? The next way to have holiday fun near Miracle Mile is just a few miles east.
Open nightly, the festival includes entertainment, photos with Santa, an ice skating rink, scenic and light displays, and holiday-themed food and beverage. Head to their website to secure your tickets now. Wouldn’t this be a cute holiday-themed date!
Let it Snow!
Would you believe us if we told you it was snowing in L.A? Head to the Westfield Mall this Friday-Sunday at 5 pm to catch the last snowfall of the year. If you ever dreamt of a white Christmas, your dreams are about to come true. Although this snow might not be straight from the clouds, it’s real enough to spread some holiday cheer.
Christmas ‘Coasters

If you’re looking for some holiday fun near Miracle Mile with a thrill, we’ve got the perfect activity for you. Just a short car ride away from One Museum Square is Six Flags Magic Moutain. Every year, they host their annual extravaganza Holiday in the Park.
More than two million lights will transform the park into eight holiday-themed Winter Wonderlands: Gleampunk District, Holiday Square, the new ‘50s-inspired HollyRock, Merry Lane, Peppermint Path, Polar Point, souvenir photos in Santa’s Village, and Snowy Nights. You don’t want to miss out on this fun!
This is one of the best festive activities to do with your friends. Grab a friend and your season pass, if you already have one, and head over to the park this holiday season. This fun lasts until January 2nd, so you still have some time to see the lights. Make sure to bundle up as it gets chilly up on the top of the rollercoasters!
Rose Parade

One of the prettiest sites to see while spending Christmas in Los Angeles is the Rose Parade. This annual parade happens every year, just after Christmas to celebrate the new year. This Pasadena tradition has been taking place for over 130 years. The Rose Parade travels 5 ½ miles down Colorado Blvd. and features four types of entries: floral-decorated floats entered by many different groups of people from all over.
This parade is a great show to see in person, but it can also be enjoyed from the comfort of your luxury apartment on Wilshire Boulevard. Wake up to the site of roses after a night of bringing in the New Year.
Are you excited about the holidays now? There are so many different ways to find some holiday fun near Miracle Mile. From blasting Christmas songs in your car on the way to Holidays in the Park, or skating across the ice with your friends, there’s no one way to do it.
When living in the middle of it all the One Museum Square, you have access to some of the most extravagant events and celebrations. We hope you enjoy one of the many Los Angeles holiday events this year.
